Room was nice…View would was great if you are a avid Raiders fan waiting for the stadium to be built. The check-in was OK. Considering we asked for a view you will see in the video the view we were given. Side note about the customer service:
I do the “My Vegas” game to earn rewards towards room comps, discounts on meals and entertaiment. I thought I could go to any of the participating locations to redeem the reward confirmation.I was informed that the confirmation redemption is “location specific” which was fine.
I commented to customer service, “Well I will be back tomorrow.” I was then informed they do not honor the rewards during weekends…Still fine. Then I said “OK,I will be back on Tuesday”…Now here is the issue…That was when the gentleman could have shared that the buffet was closed for remodeling. Instead when I came back on Tuesday to redeem my “Location specific” reward was when the same gentleman said the Buffet was not open.
Thankfully He was able to refund the points I used – YAY!
Plus we went to another buffet on the way out of town that was less than the buy one get one discount at Mandalay Bay buffet.
